You may have to remove the protective case on your mobile device to obtain a full and proper connection. Note: Some mobile device protective cases interfere with the full and proper connection between SanDisk Ultra Dual USB Drive and the microUSB port of mobile devices.
This may cause the Dual USB Drive to no longer be recognized until the battery is charged and the device is power cycled.
Some mobile devices may disable power to the SanDisk Dual USB drive when the device's battery reaches a critically low level. Please insure the dual drive is fully inserted into the microUSB port on your mobile device. Formatting USB drives with third party tools Step 3: browse the scan result to pick out all the data you want to recover by adding a check mark into the square box in front of them.
